    <description>That is an absurd reply to the problem. Get a different computer. You can’t be serious. If that’s your “solution”, this is my last Canon product.</description>

      <description>None of the drivers seem to work at all for scanning on my MG 6320 since my OS upgraded to Catalina. Is there a step I’m missing? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times and the scan utility is just gone. HELP!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MG6320 is not compatible with the Catalina operating system.&amp;nbsp; Drivers for this unit are only available for Mac OSX v10.14 and earlier or Windows 10 and earlier.&amp;nbsp; Please use a computer that has a compatible version of Windows or Mac OSX in order to have full use of the scanner function.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
