      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my pixma mx 922 using windows 10 Enterprise prints color except black. I have installed new black cartridges still does not print black it had been working since Jan 2016 until two weeks ago - can it be fixed if so how any help would be great&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
