Hi babyboy318,

The 6000 error can be caused by a paper jam. Because you have looked for this and the error persists, it is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives for further support.

I have an Pixma MX490, and I just installed it on my new computer. I keep getting an error code of 6000. There are no paper jams, or anything. Everytime I try to print, it starts blinking green to orange. Can anybody help me on this issue?
