    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is an issue with the settings on your MAC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Permissions,&amp;nbsp;Gatekeeper or the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure the user you are installing under is an &lt;STRONG&gt;Administrator&lt;/STRONG&gt;, not a S&lt;STRONG&gt;tandard&lt;/STRONG&gt; user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure Gatekeepker or the firewall is set to allow the software to run,.&amp;nbsp; Apple Menu, System Preferences &amp;gt; Security and Privacy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The software will run after installiation, unless your security settings are not configured properly with the right permissions or security settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help out there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brand new out of the box - printer seems fine - alignment done - ready to go&lt;BR /&gt;Try to open the Canon_IJ setup —says ERROR Enter administrator login details to start this software. I click OK and everything disappears. Round and round for an hour. Try this, online that, driver wont/ isn't needed/ Airprint that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MAC OS 10.13.6 —should work, but the setup installer wont run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terribly disappointed.&lt;BR /&gt;SocialAmigo&lt;/P&gt;</description>
