I just had the above printer put together yesterday. I restarted the computer, as instructed. I need to print a 7"x5" picture (in landscape format), but only get a partial image. Now that all my 7"x5" photo paper is wasted, how is this function supposed to work, if any? The only way to get the entire print was with an 8.5x11 sheet of letter paper, with lots of waste. Thanks for any help there may be out there.

Avinfotech: I do not get any error in the print command. I am providing an image of the pic I am trying to print - in an 7x5 format. Thank you. Since I have internet at the library, my responses will be slow in coming.

Sorry, I do not have internet at home. Whatever software came with the printer, that's what I have. Thanks any way!
