Black ink for TR4520 has been back ordered for at least 3 weeks. None available in retail outlets. I need my ink for business purposes. Doesn anyone know when it will be available?

Our Sales Team has the most up-to-date information on inventory status. They're at 1-800-385-2155 weekdays starting at 9am (ET).

Nobody else has access to their systems.

The message I received was "there is a 83-91 minute wait" After waiting 30 mins. I gave up This was the "to buy a product" line.

Canon must be doing very well if takes that long to talk to a rep.

I am at wits end to find out about my ink replacement issue.

The black ink for TR4520, PG 245 is in stock and I ordereded a couple tanks.
