      <description>&lt;P&gt;The message I received was "there is a 83-91 minute wait"&amp;nbsp; After waiting 30 mins. I gave up&amp;nbsp; This was the "to buy a product" line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon must be doing very well if takes that long to talk to a rep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at wits end to find out about my ink replacement issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill w.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
