Inability to print color JPEGs from PIXMA MX870

All of a sudden I can't print JPEGs in color from my MX870; but I can print text in color. The cartriges are full, and I unplugged the printer and restarted it, but the problem persists. I also have the current driver, so I'm stumped.

I have a new issue that is stumping me. All of a sudden I cannot print JPEG's from the MX870 in color, but text will print in color. All the cartridges are full, and I have the current driver. I don't know what to make of this.

Hi laxjuris,

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?

If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What program are you using your print your images? Have you tried using Easy-PhotoPrint EX to print your photos?
