MX922 Not Turning on off off but pilot is on

My MX922 MFP pilot light fomes on when the on/off button is pressed, but nothing on is on and I cannot hard reset it. I canno turn the pilot light off; it goes off when the plug is pulled.

Is there a fuse or circuit breaker somwhere to reset? Any other reason for this behaviour? is there a solution that someone knows about to bring this printer alive?

Hello.

To try and resolve this issue, try leaving the power unplugged for about 30 minutes. Once this time frame has passed, plug the power in and see if the unit will power on properly.
