This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET).       <title>MX922 Ink cartridges won't snap in correctly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The cartridges don't seem to snap in correctly anymore and therefore aren't recognized.&amp;nbsp; The cartridges seem loose and when I try to reload them or replace them with another cartridge I can tell they don't snap in correctly.&amp;nbsp; If I push them down, I get get the light to come on, but it malfunctions as soon as I close the cover.&amp;nbsp; What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
