Hi

I'm unable to print from my MG 3522.

It was working normally with no issues prior to today. I have made no recent changes to settings or drivers. The most current driver is dated may/2015 and is installed.

It powers on normally and the wifi light is on. But when I try to send a doc to it the program says that the printer is reporting an error. In the Windows printers window it reports error. If I try to restart the print job it says the printer is not responding.

I connected the printer via a USB cable and ran the My Canon Printer apps "diagnose and repair printer" function. It came back all good and printed a test page consisting of the test results but the priinter status function was unable the contact the printer (USB cable sitll connected).

No alarm light on.

I'm unable to to print via the USB cable either.

Any ideas?

Thanks

D
