    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma MX882 had been working just fine but now it says it is in error mode and won't print from my windows 10 computer.when I am in Chrome.&amp;nbsp; I tried reloading the drivers, unplugging it and the computer but nothing helps.&amp;nbsp; It will print when I am in Word but not when I am online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi SkyValley,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Chrome, please click the 3 dot button in the upper right corner and then Print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the print window, next to "Destination", click the drop down box and click See More.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Printers window, select the MX822 and then attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
