    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi atloomis,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When your MG7720 is not printing correctly, please make sure that each ink tank contains ink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, perform 3 deep printhead cleanings.&amp;nbsp; To perform cleanings, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Swipe the HOME screen and then tap Setup on your PIXMA MG7720.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Tap Maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap Deep cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap Yes to clean the printhead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Tap Yes to print another Nozzle Check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your PIXMA MG7720 still does not print correctly, it would require service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.       <title>Pixma MG7720 Won't Print</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma printer is printing blank pages. I have tried following directions in a previous post (disconnect power cord, re-install cartridges, perform cleaning, test print page). Nothing is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling Customer Support. They need my phone number from my registered account but don't recognize my number. When I try to review my Canon Account online, I cannot reset the password to get through, but Canon recognizes my email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am striking out with Canon today. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
