    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought this printer and it worked fine just after installing it, but after a few days it goes off line and will not print.&amp;nbsp; It scans without a problem but nothing will print.&amp;nbsp; I already re-installed the printer and it printed fine again.&amp;nbsp; Same problem after a day, no printing unless I completely re-install the printer.&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi robertosanjuan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using your PIXMA TR4520 with Windows?&amp;nbsp; If so, what version of Windows are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use the right arrow to select Device settings and press OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Use the right arrow to select LAN settings and press OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Use the right arrow to select Print LAN details and press OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two pages will print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the first page that printed, what is listed next to 3-2-1 Signal Strength?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
