    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have replaced the yellow print cartridge today using a genuine Canon cartridge. Since then I repeatedly get error messages saying the printer cannot recognise one or more ink cartridges or that one or more cartridges have been installed twice. I have removed &amp;amp; replaced the cartirdges, restarted the printer on several occasions but the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Gingertiger,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please open the cover to your PIXMA MX920 series printer with the power turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are all of the lights on the ink tanks lit?&amp;nbsp; Are any blinking?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are all of the ink tanks installed in your printer Canon ink tanks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried your suggestions above and it just keeps telling me there is an issue with one of my cartridges (it changes which cartridge is having an issue each time).&amp;nbsp; I am using Canon replacement cartridges and have since I purchased the printer.&amp;nbsp; This is the first time this has happened to me.&amp;nbsp; It will not print until I resolve the issue which makes the printer useless to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
