    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have spent hours troubleshooting my PIXMA MX922, which won't print from my laptop.&amp;nbsp; Will print from Ipad.&amp;nbsp; Will scan and print scanned page.&amp;nbsp; Have done steps in troubleshooting tutorial.&amp;nbsp; Have selected the printer correctly in Tools/Devices.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; The issue began subsequent to a Windows 10 update from MS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi sharperTexas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can print from one device but not another, there may be a issue with how the laptop is trying to communicate with the printer. A good test will be to see if you laptop can access the printers remote user interface. You will first need to get the IPAddress of the printer. To do this, please click &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART142828&amp;amp;actp=search&amp;amp;viewlocale=en_US&amp;amp;searchid=1601060526756" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the steps to print the network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have the printers IP address, please open a web browser on your computer, and in the address bar, please type the IP Address on the configuration page into the address bar. Next, tap Go or Enter to access the page. Are you able to see the printer's remote interface?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
