    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using Mac OS Catalina 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No driver available&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer will print out some images from an email but nothing black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brand new out of the box, brand new cartridges, did nozzle check yet NOTHING. It did print out a picture on 4x6 photo paper but nothing that I need to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't get me started on scanning, it just loops and loops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's connected to my network and literal sounds like it's printing. (I see where you might ask, yes ink cartridges are installed correctly as I said the ink test worked but only printed light black and blue. then magically there's no way to adjust.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INCREDIBLLY FRUSTRATING WHEN I TRY AND CALL for help I get directed to the website which has NOTHING.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I solved this problem by replacing the PGBK cartridge. Apparently the cartridge they sent with the printer was non-functional.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
