Well that sounds great to be able to have a chat session. I think I'm all set for now as it straightened itself out but I may bookmark this page for future use. Thanks again.

Recently 8/18 did a Canon update thru winows update feature. Printed today - lines through words. Did 2 nozzle cleanings and deep cleaning. Changed all inks as 1 was getting low. Printed test page - now practically nothing prints on test page. Now what? Thanks.

Hi PV1,

If you are still having this issue, I recommend contacting our chat team. The real time support would be most beneficial in this case.

To get to the chat feature, click HERE. Once in the chat box, ask to speak to a live person. You will be asked to create a Canon account and once that is done, you will be able to connect with one of our chat agents Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, excluding holidays.

We look forward to hearing from you.
