    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to connect to the cloud via the app "Canon PEINT Inkjhet/SEPHLY" and it sends me to a URL that gives me an error "Your connection is note private" and I can't seem to get past this part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please - I'm from the UK but this is the only forum I've found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling customer service but I was put on hold for 15 minutes (while being charged 17p a minute).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help here otherwise I'll have to send the printer back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
