Canon G4610 ink tank printer not printing black ink

Hi All

My printer is not printing any black ink when I try to print a document, yet when I run tests the ink prints fine. Can anyone help to solve this issue at all?

Hi Kell.

If the black net pattern is appearing on the G4610's test print sheets, then the black ink itself is flowing properly. Check the print settings in the software from which you're printing, or try printing from a different program.
