    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Canon TS8220 printer in November 2019.&amp;nbsp; It has worked fine until I replaced the ink cartridges with new Canon cartridges earlier this week.&amp;nbsp; All the new cartridges are 'recognized' except 281 PB photo blue, resulting in Support Code 1660.&amp;nbsp; I then bought and installed another new 281PB cartridge, but Support Code 1660 persists.&amp;nbsp; Can this be fixed or do I have to junk an otherwise perfectly fine printer?&amp;nbsp; The machine will not print until this issue is resolved to its satisfaction.&amp;nbsp; Your help will be very appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nyilgnan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Photo Blue ink is not compatible with this printer.&amp;nbsp; The PIXMA TS8220 only uses the following inks in standard, XL and XXL sizes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PGI-280 PGBK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI-281 BK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI-281 C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI-281 M&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI-281 Y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please replace the PB ink tank with the necessary ink tank required for the ink slot in order to resolve this error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
