    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No JAM...&amp;nbsp; but printer obviously thinks there is one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you can do it follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/MX490%20series/EN/ERR/1303.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/MX490%20series/EN/ERR/1303.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve, the printer will require service or replacement.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>bogus error report</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even after unplugging, even after pretending to clear the jam from all orifices, opening and closing the rear several times, I still get Error Code 1303.&amp;nbsp; I happen to know there is no jam, since the last time I printed I put in one sheet of paper and got out one sheet of paper.&amp;nbsp; There is no possible jam.&amp;nbsp; How can I clear the stupid error code so I can print again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
