I got this printer from a family member to do printable vinyl, I tested out in plain paper to start - and new ink - when I print it runs a line down the middle and everything’s out of alignment as well. I’ve done all the maintenance options as far as cleaning. I’m curious if anyone can give ideas on how to fix this? Can I take everything apart to clean myself?

Use of vinyl media is not supported with this printer. Please use plain, glossy or matte photo papers with this printer to ensure the best functionality.

alright. It’s still doing it in plain paper though. I hadn’t tried the vinyl yet
