MX490 All-in-one how to scan a pamphlet to 1 pdf file not using the Auto Document Feeder ADF

Is it possible to use the MX490 All-in-one printer to scan a many page pamphlet (that won't fit into the Automatic Document Feeder) into one pdf file? Thanks so much.

Try selecting (.PDF Multiple Pages) in the Data Format Field. It might be tied to the ADF, not sure. See Page 518 of your manual.

By using the DOCUMENT button on the IJ Scan Utility, you can use the scan glass of your PIXMA MX490 to scan your items one at a time and then they will be combined and saved into a single PDF file. For more information regarding this, please use the appropriate link below:
