      <title>MX922 Printing is not the complete page</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma MX922 is suddenly not printing the entire page and the error is consistently occurring. I only get one column of a spreadsheet and its the same column every time. I've cleaned the heads and did the deep clean. Would greatly appreciate instructions to trouibleshoot and resolve this. I rely on this printer very much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although I'm no technical genius, I went into the print carriage and cleaned it with alchohol and determined that it was the black cartrdige area that made it look like the whole page wasn't printing. It seems to be working now and I wish to say "Thank you", for your kind reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
