    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of each ink tank.&amp;nbsp; If the tape is left on the tanks, this would keep ink from flowing properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists after cleanings have been done, service may be required.       <title>Printer-no ink flowing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MX922 printer all of a sudden doesnt have ink flow for copying or printing. Everything runs as it should except no ink is used.Have run cleaning protocols multiple times. Scanner works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
