      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi giles,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to assist with this issue we will need more information.&amp;nbsp; Please let us know exactly what happens when you try to print.&amp;nbsp; If you receive an error, please let us know the exact wording of the error.&amp;nbsp; Also, please let us know whether you are using the printer via a USB connection or whether you are printing wirelessly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
