      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SKS1971,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the issue, please remove all of the ink tanks and print head from the printer, then reseat them in the unit.&amp;nbsp; If you still receive the same error and resetting the printer does not fix the problem, the printer will require servicing.&amp;nbsp; Please click on the Contact Us link below to obtain servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
