    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had chronic problems with messages that say my G5000 series is offline. There is an annoying toast message popping up every 10-15 seconds or so, when I click on that, nothing seems to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I originally had it connected via WiFi, but in troubleshooting I've switched to a USB connection. It seems like if the printer goes to sleep, it never comes back online. I press the power button, and the light comes on, but the computer does not recognize the printer as being online via the USB connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer's port settings say USB001, but if I click on configure port button:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; [Window Title]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Configure Port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; [Main Instruction]&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; An error occurred during port configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; This operation is not supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; [OK]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
