    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had MX922 Printer for about 3 yrs; now I can print from computer but the copy and scan function only works with a large black vertical box (about 3" wide) printed on the page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have gone through all troubleshooting tips - cleaning and deep cleaning print heads, alignment OK, cleaned the timing strip, turned off and unplugged printer for 5 mins before turning on again multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Also uninstalled and re-installed printer driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get printer code error 5011 which was found with instructions to turn off, unplug printer, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get scanner code error 2,250,4&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- cannot find a reference list for scanner code errors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any other ideas, cannot really afford to buy another printer right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
