Pixma G6020 taking multiple sheets at once from rear tray

I have the Pixma g6020 mega tank printer. I use the rear tray to print on cardstock. A piece jammed a few days ago and when I took it out, 2 small white pieces fell off near the paper pick up rollers. Now the printer takes several pieces of paper at once. I need help putting those pieces back on or replacing them. I have photos of the pieces but I can’t add them here.

You can add photos using the "image" button. If you have broken something off of the feeding mechanism... the printer will likely need repair from Canon.
