PIXMA TS3122 E04 Error Message

Every time I turn on or plug my printer in there is a orange light by a triangle that comes on and on the display screen it shows LGL and E04 and I can’t figure out how to fix it someone please help?

Hi Angela92,

The E 0 4 error is an indication that your PIXMA TS3122 does not recognize one of the ink cartridges installed.

The light should be on by either BK or CL (or both). Whichever light is lit, please replace that cartridge (or both).

What happens if the orange light is not by either cartridge color or black ink? The E04 error is still there even after changing the ink. It doesn't go anywhere. Is there a way to hard reset this printer? I am in school and need this printer to work.
