Error on Selphy CP800 states "No paper, or cassette incorrectly inserted! Check paper cassette contains paper and is corectly inserted."

There is paper in the cassette and there are no obstructions in the printer.

Hello.

Make sure that you are using the correct paper with the unit. The CP-Series printers can only use the paper in the standard ink/paper kits. If you purchased photo paper separately it would not be able to be used with the printer.

Yep, I understand there is specific paper for the printer. I've been using it for at least two years now. All of sudden I am getting that error message.
