    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a Cannon PIXMA TR4520 and have a couple questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(1) When I try to register my product (Serial Number), I get an error message stating that, based on the number entered, &amp;nbsp;it was not meant for sale in the U.S. and that I must have misentered it.&amp;nbsp; I double/triple checked.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(2) When I try to scan to a PDF document, I first click on the button that looks like a scanner with the top open.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (Scan LocalUSP then appears).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I then click the "start/black" button.&amp;nbsp; A message appears sayng "Please wait a while".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nothing happens after that.&amp;nbsp; So, HOW TO I SCAN TO PDF SO I CAN SAVE IT ONTO MY COMPUTER?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any information you may be able to provide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ron&lt;/P&gt;</description>
