    <description>&lt;P&gt;My &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Canon&lt;/SPAN&gt; PIXMA &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;TS5020&lt;/SPAN&gt; which has been working perfectly for a few years has suddenly decided to throw &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Support&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Code&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;6004&lt;/SPAN&gt; every time it is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Support&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;Code&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="lia-search-match-lithium"&gt;6004&lt;/SPAN&gt;
Printer error has occurred. Follow the steps below.
1. Cancel printing, then turn the device off.
2. Turn the device on again.
If problem persists, see the manual and contact the service center.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;This comes up immediately during boot and pressing Cancel or any other button has no effect. I've tried "turning it off and on again" and leaving it unplugged for an hour but still this comes up, whether or not any computers connected to the printer are on or off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
