      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is extremely frustrating. &amp;nbsp;how do I reach someone at Canon to help me to get my printer working again. &amp;nbsp;It makes copies but does not respond to print commands. &amp;nbsp;Common guys!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
