    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to know if anyone knew what I could do to fix my scanner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Somethings I have already tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I re-installed the drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset all settings on printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Tried printing things (No issues with printing)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After hitting either the Black or Color version of scanning, the printer says "Processing... Please wait momentarily." The goes back to the scan screen. I hear no noises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All help is appriciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPDATE:&lt;BR /&gt;I got it! To fix this issue, I just restarted my PC! I also turned off the printer before the restart and back on after my pc was done turning on. Not sure why it works but it did for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sidenote: My printer is connected to my PC via USB and no wireless. Thought this may be important for others with the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
