Hi All,

Hoping someone can help. I have a Pixma Mx490. I am having issues with saving scanned items to my computer. I try to scan an item and I'm offered what I'd like to scan it as. It does not offer a PDF. The only options I'm given is to save it as a photo. I also try to use the feeder option and it still only scans the first page. Further more, I use to be asked if I wanted to scan another page before I'm routed to the "save as" section, but it doesn't do that anymore. 3 seperate things. If someone could help me fix these 3 things, I'd really appreciate it!!

Please use the "Document" button on the IJ Scan Utility to scan and save your item as PDF.
