    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just bought and set up a PIXMA TS5020 printer.&amp;nbsp; I was unsure whether the setup procedure automatically registered my printer so I tried to set up a Canon account but discovered that I already had an account from my 10-year-old Canon printer.&amp;nbsp; I do not have the password so they sent me a link to set up a new password which I did but then they kept me out of my account and there's no way I can get in except to call them which I did - 27 minute wait time.&amp;nbsp; So I'm wondering if there is an e-mail address I can use to connect with Canon and get my printer registered and get back into my account.&amp;nbsp; TIA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
