In this case it would be important to know at least the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. What printer model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. What operating system (including the version)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. What interface (USB, Wifi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, etc)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
