      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to scan, I get the message that the driver is not present and I should reinstall the software and try again. &amp;nbsp;I have downloaded and installed the driver several times but I still get the same message. &amp;nbsp;What am I doing wrong? &amp;nbsp;I've never had trouble scanning before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you using ImageCapture or the IJ Scan Utility? When you downloaded drivers from the web, did you install the ICA driver or the MG5400 series Scanner driver?</description>

      <description>Have you tried scanning using ImageCapture? I know there have been some weird scanning issues with Yosemite but it seems to work better with their proprietary software. May also be worth repairing disk permissions and rebooting.</description>
