    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi salster,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that you are using the Canon driver and not Airprint.&amp;nbsp; Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Please click on the Apple in the upper left corner and then System Preferences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on the MX922 and then the [-] at the bottom to remove it.&amp;nbsp; Repeat until all MX922's are gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click the [+] and then Add printer or scanner.&amp;nbsp; The Add window will appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; In the Add window, please wait until the Canon MX920 series appears with IJ Network in the Kind column.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Click 1 time on that listing.&amp;nbsp; At the bottom, next to "Use", please make sure that Canon MX920 series is select and not Airprint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Click Add.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once reinstalled, please attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MX922 scanner stopped working with the Canon IJ Scanner Utility and now only connects to wireless network thtough Image&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Capture. Printer continues to work. Thoughts anyone? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
