hi all

anyone have a link to some drivers and software for this model pixma mx495 windows 10 as the ones on the website only download but fail to load the setup via internet and create an error

Greetings,

These drivers are installed by an online set up application.

PIXMA MX495 - Support - Download drivers, software and manuals - Canon UK

A 3rd party antivirus application might keep the installation from working as expected.

The file is a self extraction zip file. Things you can try:

Delete the previous download, download a fresh copy of the installer and save it to a folder on your desktop.

Now right-click the file and select rename.. Change the .exe extension to .zip. Select yes when asked to confirm the renaming.

Now right-click in the folder and select extract from the context menu. Allow the file to be unzipped into the folder you saved it in.

Now run the setup file.

hi thanks but did all that when you run the exe file says failed to acquire info check network connection my network is fine lol btw i dont use a firewall or antivirus software they are for users who dont understand pcs 🙂
