Greetings Chris,

Nothing inside you should need to lubricate.

The components should be kept clean and free from dust. Paper is actually more dirty than people think. Canned air works really well too.

I somethimes use Alcohol swabs. If something is really squeaky, I have used white lithium grease applied with a toothpick to a specific problem area.

It can't be near any paper feeding however. Less it more, use sparingly.

Hi all,

My TS8220 is making a lot of noise when I print. It was bought in 2018. Any idea if I need to lubriate something inside it or is it just a matter of time till it siezes?

Thanks

Chris
