    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kat95,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may try the following to see whether it would help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Go to "Control Panel"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Select "Devices and Printer"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Right click on your printer icon, select "See What's Printing"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) On the "See What's Printing" window, select "Printer"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Uncheck the "Use Printer Offline"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KahVeen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its since I updated it. If I dont get it fixed my boss will kill me. But seriously though its a work printer so it needs fixing asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
