    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes forcibly removing a jam can cause these types of issues.&amp;nbsp; Things become bent, mis-aligned, etc.&amp;nbsp; About all you can do is inspect the device and try to see if anything was damaged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd check the knowlegde base for your specific error and see if additional information is avaialble.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next step would be to contact Canon Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma ts8222 error</title>

      <description>Says it’s jammed but it’s not. I had to pull paper out of it because it did jam, but the sheet was in one piece. Nothing got left behind. I can’t get the stupid code off and it says to extend the tray. And I do but it doesn’t do anything.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i keep getting these codes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5100 and then it goes to 7700&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and it always says to pull out the tray 1259&lt;/P&gt;</description>
