    <description>&lt;P&gt;To be honest it has always said this since I installed the drivers for my Pixma MG3550. But as I have only done printing to date, I wasn't too bothered. Now I want to scan something and can't do it. I've been on and downloaded the latest drivers too. I'm running windows 7 64 bit. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
