    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Rick!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did that more than a few times and for some reason it would never work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I ended up uninstalling everything and practically dismantling the entire printer and started again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lo and behold, this time it worked so I am now happily printing. And this is a second Pixma after I swore I'd never own another. Seems like a fantastic printing machine is just not made these days. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great Christmas and a better New Year!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jody&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot print using USB cable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought a brand new Canon Pixma TS6320 and am not able to print using a USB cable on my MAC OS X computer. Have already done the set up, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Mac cannot find the printer drivers and when I look on the Canon site it says there are no drivers for my Mac OS which is High Sierra 10.3.16.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do now? Will this printer not work with my computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jody&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
