Printer Preview

When I set up a print job, I cannot get the Printer Settings to Save for that job. Everytime I go back to that job, I have to reset all the parameters. I click on "Save Current Dialog Settings" to no avail. PIXMA MG6320 Please advise.

Save print setting for a specific jpb. Where are you seeing this dialog/

Please provide the exact steps you are using to print, also from what app or program.

Thanx for the quick reply.

I open a image in Irfan View & click on the print icon. Next I set all my parameters & click on "Save current dialog settings". Next time I go back to this job or any other job, all the settings are gone. Obviously I'm missing a step & I cannot find a remedy, or instructions on how to save the parameters, in the manual.

Please advise.
