    <description>&lt;P&gt;I already mentioned that I uninstalled some of the KBs there but the one from 12/15 is having an error and won't let me uninstall. If you don't think this is my issue then why did this same type of issue occur a few years ago in some online research I found?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else would cause it not to print text only ? &amp;nbsp;I'm guessing the driver is the only other item that could need an update now but that doesn't explain why a text document prints fine from my iPhone 12 and the canon app on the same printer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a programmer and not the typical user and that's why I tested with a different printer and other variables after researching and finding this has been an issue in the past.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA MX922 will print graphics but not text every since this update happened or possibly the previous one.&amp;nbsp; The printer will print correctly from my iphone with the canon app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been able to send and print out a text file successfully from the same desktop to my Canon PRO 100, so it seems to only have affected the MX922.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edition: Windows 10 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version: 20H2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed On: 10/‎10/‎2020&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS Build: 19042.685&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to uninstall the KBs and it wouldn't let me remove them all and the error is still there.&amp;nbsp; This priinter has been working fine this year and I'ved used it a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It must be something that has happened with Windows 10 and an update because it does print, just not like it normally was a month or two ago directly off the desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also just printed out a pdf from my desktop and all the images printed but not the text.&amp;nbsp; This has apparently been an issue before too but I don't see a fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess I have no choice but to buy another printer and as much as I like Canon, probably won't buy another printer from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
