      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello williamsiapno.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The E5 error indicates that the cartridge may not be installed or is not recognized.&amp;nbsp; The MP250 uses PG-210, PG-210XL, CL-211 and CL-211XL cartridges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the correct cartridges are installed and the error remains, we recommend that you contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
